Research topics - MILE
You can find by clicking on the links a description of our research projects:
Fluidic functions:
Filter-less submicron hydrodynamic size sorting for sample pre-treatment
Microfluidic technologies for nucleic acid analysis in liquid biopsies
Microfluidically tuned electronic components
Lab on chips:
Magnetic Handling and separation
Microfluidic technologies for matrix-free DNA separation
Nanofluidic technologies for DNA replication analysis by optical mapping
Microsystems to measure water quality
Model biomimetic systems:
Dissecting the physical parameters governing chromosome fluctuations in living cells
Mechanisms involved in filtration
Mimicking transport of nanovectors from blood to tumors
Fluidic experiments are realized in our experimental ALIVE platform, with the support of I2C service.
These projects are strongly related to technological developments on micro- and nanochannels fabrication, that we realize thanks to cooperation with TEAM service, in LAAS technological platform.
